Marble is a modern American kitchen that combines the sophistication of Manhattan with the neighborhood restaurant feel. With the soaring skylight ceiling, balcony raised glass wine room, elegant lighting and a cool color palate, Marble is a 132 seat restaurant and 14 seat bar that provides the Long Island restaurant scene with a destination restaurant serving approachable fare. Marble exemplifies hospitality with great food, the freshest ingredients and above all else a warm welcome. Marble takes a fresh approach to the traditional recipe with modern style while paying reverence to tried and true cooking techniques.

Adjacent to the restaurant's main dining room is an energetic, upscale bar showcasing exclusive and rare Bourbons, single malt Scotches, and a smaller lounge menu for a quick bite. For a chance to unwind in a more tranquil environment, the upstairs lounge, aptly named “Carrara”, provides the perfect space. The lounge area is also available to accommodate private dining events for up to 30 guests. Marble will also host monthly theme dinners in the space centered around the great wines of the world and local craft beers.
